PolySlides™
PolySlides™, plastic slides that are customized for ground histology
laboratories.
Our most popular PolySlides™ are only .030 inches in thickness so
that the specimen is ground using the "flex grinding" method.
Our thicker slides (.060 incehs) can be used for hand grinding techniques,
or on the Exakt Grinding System. These slides can be purchased in clear
or white acrylic, depending on the the investigators requirements.
The clear PolySlides™ do not interfere with microradiography, therefore,
it is not necessary to remove the section from the slide.
Staining your finished section is easily done using either toluidine blue/basic
fuchsin or Sanderson's Rapid Bone Stain™. If you would like to place
